What will the report cover?

  • Summary of where you stand today: how work runs in sales, inventory, production, projects, field work and finance, and where time and information get lost.
  • Needs map: what systems such as CRM, ERP, MRP (production planning), inventory, a field app or project tracking would do for your business, and which you don't need for now.
  • 3 priority steps: the changes that will pay off most and are easiest to start with, in order.
  • Roadmap: the stages of the transition, who does what at each stage and roughly how long it will take.
  • Expected gains: an estimate in figures of losses such as double data entry, reports prepared by hand, missed deadlines and profit you can't see.

The form takes 5–7 minutes to fill in. Your answers are used only to prepare the report.

Why a report like this?

Choosing software usually starts with products: which program, how many licences, how much. But the right order is the reverse. First you need to see where work gets stuck, how many places the same information is kept in, and which decisions are made on guesswork; the software should be chosen to fit that picture. The report takes this first step for you, using your answers.

You don't have to change everything at once. In most companies one or two areas cause most of the strain; starting the transition there lowers both the risk and the cost. The main purpose of the report is to find that starting point.

Is the report really free?

Yes. We don't charge for the report, and it doesn't commit you to buying anything. After reading it, we can talk if you want; if not, the report is yours to keep.

Who prepares the report?

Our team, which implements ERP and business software for production, projects, sales and finance. We prepare each report individually from your answers; we don't send every company the same text.

How long does it take?

We send it to your email address as a PDF within 3 business days at the latest. If something in your answers needs clarifying, we may give you a short call first.

Will you recommend a specific software product?

First we set out the needs: what kind of system each area of work requires and what can wait. Then we describe the solution options that fit and roughly what they would bring. If your current software is good enough, we say so plainly.

What is my information used for?

Only to prepare the report and to contact you. It is not shared with third parties. Details are in the privacy notice.
