This page explains what the information you send us through the forms on our website is used for, who it is shared with and what rights you have over it.

2. What personal data do we process?

Identity data: first and last name

Contact data: email address, phone number

Professional data: company name, industry, number of employees

Request data: your message, the template you download; if you ask for an evaluation, the figures you entered into the tools and the result

Transaction security data: IP address, browser information, form submission time, result of the bot check

The figures you enter into the tools are calculated in your browser. Unless you send them through a form, they do not reach us and are not stored.

3. For what purposes do we process it?

to answer your question, message or request for a quote,

to fulfil your template download or result evaluation request and to review your result together with you,

to contact you about our services and to let you know about new tools and templates,

to protect the forms against automated submissions and misuse, and to keep the website secure,

to measure how the website is used without identifying individuals.

4. Method of collection and legal basis

Your personal data is collected electronically when you fill in the contact form, the template download form or the “Evaluate my result” form on the website.

Answering your request and preparing a quote: processing is directly related to the conclusion of a contract (Article 5(2)(c) KVKK)

Form security and website measurement: our legitimate interest, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Article 5(2)(f) KVKK)

Promotional communication and transfer of data abroad: the explicit consent you give with the checkbox on the form (Article 5(1) and Article 9 KVKK)

5. To whom do we transfer it and why?

Your data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for promotional purposes. It is shared only to the extent necessary with the following service providers, which we use to run the website and the forms:

Netlify, Inc. (USA): website hosting; receiving and storing form submissions and forwarding them to us by email

Google LLC (USA): bot check (reCAPTCHA) and the email service that receives form notifications

Cloud Clusters (USA): hosting of the server owned by VOH Digital on which form details are kept as customer relationship management (CRM) records

Umami (website analytics service): visit statistics without cookies and without identifying individuals

Since these providers’ servers are located outside Türkiye, your data is transferred abroad. The transfer is based on your explicit consent under Article 9 KVKK. Where required by law, data may also be shared with authorised public authorities and institutions.

7. Cookies and browser storage

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies; visits are measured without cookies. On pages with a form, Google reCAPTCHA may use its own cookies for the bot check.

When you submit a form, your name, company and contact details are kept only in your own browser (localStorage) so that you are not asked for them again on your next download. You can remove them by clearing your browser’s site data.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 KVKK, by applying to VOH Digital you have the right to:

learn whether your personal data is being processed,

request information about it if it has been processed,

learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,

know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred,

request its correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,

request its erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 KVKK,

request that the correction, erasure or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,

object to a result to your detriment arising solely from the analysis of the data by automated systems,

claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.

You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time.
